The HASIKO FLOW is a holistic movement meditation class designed to develop a strong body and still mind in 60 minutes. The practice starts with a 20 minute high intensity workout that strengthens your whole body, and flows into 20 minutes of deep stretching where stress and tension are released from your body. In the final 20 minutes of guided meditation, you will be led into a deep state of relaxation where your mind and body feels completely at ease.

  • When should I start the program?

    You decide when you want to start. For Project HASIKO you can choose to start any date at least 1 day after you have purchased the program.

  • How is the program delivered?

    Everything is available online via the platform you log into and you will receive a daily inspirational email from us. All you need is a Internet connection to your device. You can choose to stream the content on your phone, tablet or computer.

  • What is the program schedule like?

    The program is 28 days long and is available any time, you just need to log into the platform and select the class for the appropriate day. You will also get daily emails with actions for the day. The HASIKO FLOW class can be done anytime of the day that works best for you. We also have a downloadable calendar to help you stay on track.

  • What if I miss some days?

    We recommend you try to stick with the 28 day program (consistency is key), but we understand that you can get sick or busy. If you can, try to do the 15 minute HASIKO FLOW on days that you can’t do the full HASIKO FLOW practice. If not, just get back on the program when you can. It's okay if you miss a few days.

  • How fit do I need to be to do this program?

    This program is suitable for beginners! We don’t have a minimum level of fitness required for this program. As long as you’re healthy, injury free and have no medical reason not to exercise, this program should be safe for you. If you are concerned about starting the program for any reason, speak to a medical professional first.

  • Do I need any equipment for this program?

    You will need some space at home, your digital device and a mat. We also recommend a block depending on how flexible you are. For the meditation practice, you might need a blanket for comfort as your body will be cooling down.

  • What should I wear?

    Comfortable active-wear. Shoes are not required.

  • Is the program only for women?

    Around 75% of our HASIKO tribe are women and 25% men! Men are welcome to do this practice too! HASIKO is a great way for everyone to build strength, flexibility, and experience the benefits of meditation.

  • Is this program suitable if I'm pregnant?

    No, we recommend you wait until you have given birth, and after your your doctor has given you the all clear to go back to regular exercise.

  • What level of meditation experience do I need to have to do this program?

    You do not need to have any level of meditation experience. The meditation is a yoga nidra based meditation which is done lying down. It is fully guided. All you have to do is relax and listen to the words.

  • What happens at the end of the program?

    You have lifetime access to the content and can re-do the program as many times as you like.

  • What if the program does not meet my needs?

    If you start the program and find that it does not meet your needs, please contact us within 7 days for a refund. We strongly recommend you read everything in advance, watch the preview videos and sign up for a free trial if you have any concerns.
